Cookie & Local Storage Policy
Version 1.3 · Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. The website
The website inklan.com sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It counts visits without storing anything on your device, so each page you open is counted on its own.
The pages that open from a shared inklan link at app.inklan.com, and organisations' widgets and calendars, set no cookies and store nothing on your device either.
2. The apps and the organisation portal
The inklan apps, and the organisation portal at portal.inklan.com in your browser's storage, keep what they need to work and the choices you make: your sign-in and the keys that secure it, your chat encryption keys, your language, theme and other settings, the last city or plan you chose, drafts, and the tickets you opened, so that they work offline; and the apps keep one cookie that protects your requests from forgery. None of this needs your consent.
The apps also keep, on your device only, how many times you have opened them without an account, to suggest signing up at a sensible moment, and identifiers for push notifications, crash reports and app settings. None of it is used to track you across other apps or websites. You can turn crash reports off in the apps, in Settings → Privacy & data.
When you pay for a ticket, or an organisation manages its billing, Stripe's payment pages may set Stripe's own cookies: see stripe.com/cookies-policy.
